- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Woods Cross Planning Commission on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. at the Woods Cross City Municipal Building, 1555 South 800 West, Woods Cross, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the status of a nonconforming residential duplex use request by Janet Malek located at 1089 South 800 West Woods Cross, Utah. Specifically, the property owner proposes to replace the existing home, which contains two dwelling units, with a new two family unit residential structure. The planning commission will hear evidence regarding the nonconforming use status of the property. The public is invited to attend this meeting and provide input. If you wish to comment but are unable to attend or have any questions, contact the City Planner at 801-292-4421. All exhibits and materials are available for review at the Woods Cross City Municipal Building at 1555 South 800 West, Woods Cross, Utah.
