NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a Gunnison Valley Summit (Centerfield City, Town of Fayette and Mayfield Town) Meeting, Thursday, February 25, 2016 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 6:00 p.m. 1) Invocation 2) Gunnison Valley Hospital Update ~ Hospital Administrator, Mark Dalley 3) CUCF Expansion Update ~ Warden Bigelow 4) Impact of Growth and Development: School, Infrastructure, Housing 5) Report from Gunnison Valley Fire Dept. and Review of Fire Dept. Interlocal Agreement ~ Fire Chief, Jed Hansen 6) Gunnison Valley Recreation Department Update 7) Best Utilization of Equipment 8) Central Utah Water Conservancy Information 9) Discuss Law Enforcement 10) Future Items 11) Closed Session 12) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
