Description/Agenda: ORDINANCE 2010-1 AN ORDINANCE GIV ING PUBLIC NOTICE OF ANNUAL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS. WHEREAS, pursuant to 'section 52-4-6, Utah Code Annotated 1953, the City of Gunnison hereby gives nolice that the city council will hold its regu lar council meetings on the 151 and 3rd Wednesdays of each month except as noted below at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, Gunnison. Utah. Meetings will begin at 7:00 p.m. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GUNNISON CITY COUNCIL THAT: Meetings for 2010 shall be as follows: January 6 & 20 February 3 & 17 March 3 & 17 April? & 21 May5&19 June2& 16 July 14 August 4 & 18 September 1 & 15 Oclober 6 & 20 November 3 & 17 December 1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption and passage by the City Council. ADOPTED AND PASSED by the City Council of the City of Gunnison, Utah this 61h day of January, 2010.
