IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, March 1, 2016 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 55 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on a proposed Zone Change of 5.2 acres from C-1 (Community Commercial) to RM (multi- family residential) and R-1-7.5 (single family-minimum lot size 7,500 sq ft). Applicant/Owner: Curren Christensen and Bob Hermandson-Applicant/Agent. Tizzinuf LLC-Owner. Property Location: Located on Guy Lane (Approximately 411 W. Hwy 91) on the east side of street and south of Rider's Mountain View Tire Inc. Contact: Building and Zoning Administrator, Kevin Rudd, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place, or may submit their views in writing to the Planning Commission.
