- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Kaylene Ames to discuss continuing the Wednesdays in Wellsville program 9. At 6:15 p.m. conduct a public hearing to receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a code amendment amending 5-3-4, 'Hunting, Firearms, Discharge & Trapping' of the City Code 10. Mark Thompson to discuss sale of water outside City Limits 11. Marshall Lindsay to discuss the possibility of a temporary sewer at approx. 880 East 400 North 12. Consider for possible approval a Resolution providing provisions for the keeping of swine (pigs) specifically for you 4-H and FFA projects 13. Consider for possible adoption a Resolution approving the 2015 Municipal Waste Water Planning Program 14. Consider for possible approval possible change orders and other related matters to the new City Office Building 15. Department reports 16. City Manager/Recorders report
