NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD of MILLARD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT APPLICATION # Z-2015-022 MAJOR UTILITY CORRIDOR MAP EDF RENEWABLE ENERGY - APPLICANT ECG UTAH SOLAR 1, LLC - PROJECT COMPANY UTAH STATE SCHOOL AND INTUITIONAL TRUST LANDS ADMINISTRATION - LAND OWNER Notice is hereby given that the Board of Millard County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at the Millard County Courthouse, 50 South Main, Fillmore, Utah (old Courthouse) for the purpose of receiving public comment on a General Plan Amendment, Utilities Element, application to allow for a change to the Major Utility Corridor Map. The purpose of the Amendment is to allow a 345 kV transmission line (major) from the ECG Solar 1, LLC Solar Plant to the IPSC interconnection which is 1/2 mile. The full length of the line including what will be on IPSC property is approximately 2 miles. The ECG Utah Solar 1, LLC application is for property located east of IPSC on SITLA property (1/2 mile), and more particularly described as: Section 19 & 20, T15S, R6W, SLBM A copy of the application for a General Plan amendment is available for review and inspection at the Millard County Offices, 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah.
