- Notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission will meet in regular session Tuesday, February 9, 2016 Location: Sheldon Richins Building (Library), 1885 West Ute Boulevard, Park City, UT 84098 AGENDA Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order listed. 6:00 p.m. Regular Session 1. Public input for items not on the agenda or pending applications. 2. **Applicant has requested this public hearing be moved to March 8, 2016.** Continued public hearing and possible action regarding a possible Plat Amendment to amend easements including a vacation of a 60 foot access easement located on Lots 2 & 3 of the Brookside Estates Subdivision; 3855 and 3951 Brookside Ct.; Richard Scheinberg on behalf of TGC, LLC, applicant. - Amir Caus, County Planner 3. Public hearing and possible action regarding a proposed Plat Amendment to amend the existing building pad; 2265 Creek Crossing Loop; Parcel ACC-8; Hyunki Kim, applicant. -Sean Lewis, County Planner 4.
