MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, March 18, 2010, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING – THURSDAY, MARCH 18, 2010 – 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Business Licenses: a. Millcreek Animal Hospital, 1920 W 250 N, #19 & 20, Veterinary Hospital. b. Rich Combe Landscape, 920 W 1700 S, Nursery Landscape. c. Lance Powell Painting, 1690 W 400 N, Paint Contractor. d. Nu’s Barber & Salon, 1167 W 12th Street, Barber/Salon Shop. e. DNA Properties, 1285 S 1850 W, Automotive Repair f. Custer’s Classics, L.L.C., 1181 W 12th Street, Used Car Sales 4. Discussion/action on Resolution 2010-B for the 2010 Public Facility Fees and Policy Amendments. 5. Discussion/action on Resolution 2010-C entering Interlocal Agreement with Washington Terrace City for a consolidated Justice Court. 6. Discussion/action on allotting funds for extension of the secondary water line along 1200 West from Quail Meadows Subdivision to Marriott Park. 7. Announcement: Easter Egg Hunt at Slaterville Park on April 3, 2010 at 10:00 AM. 8. Officer reports and legislative oversight 9. Adjourn until April 15, 2010. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner, and faxed/mailed to Weber County, Ogden, Harrisville, Farr West, West Haven, Plain City, Bona Vista Water District, and Central Weber Sewer District. The notice and agenda was also posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor and councilors, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about March 11, 2010. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on Pioneer Road, 3) America First at 12th & 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
