MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m., the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, JANUARY 19, 2016 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Discussion/action on election of 2016 Chair and Vice-chair. 4. 2016 Meeting Schedule and Annual Training: a. Open and Public Meetings. b. Non-discrimination policies and practices. 5. Public hearing on seven (7) lot subdivision at approximately 2485 West Pioneer Road by: John Duddleston. 6. Discussion/action on public hearing. 7. Discussion/action on site plan application for Borrett Animal Hospital at IFA Lot #6 located at approximately 1095 West 12th Street. 8. Public hearing on a proposed Ordinance amending the uses that are not permitted, permitted, or conditional in all Commercial Zones. 9. Discussion action on the public hearing. 10. Public hearing on a proposed amended Subdivision Ordinance. 11. Discussion/action on public hearing. 12. Adjourn.
