PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Emery County Housing Authority will meet in their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at 1:00 PM in the commission conference room, Room 221, 75 East Main Street (2nd Floor) Castle Dale, UT 84513. 1. Report from Jennifer Roberts on waiting list, occupancy and other administrative issues. Approval of any action taken. 2. Update of fire damage to Public Housing Units 1 & 2 in Castle Dale and water damage to #7 in Ferron. 3. Presentation of financial information and approval of monthly expenses. - Review financial report from Loucks & Schwartz. 4. Review of 5-year and Annual Plan. - Review and discussion of RAB comments. 5. Discussion and approval to obtain second signature stamp. 6. Other business. Any other business which may regularly come before the Board. Please call ahead if you need specific accommodations that will assist you to fully participate at this meeting at (435) 381-3581.
