Zion Canyon Music Festival Committee Notice and Agenda THE ZION CANYON MUSIC FESTIVAL COMMITTEE WILL HOLD A MEETING ON Wednesday January 20th, 2016, AT 1:30 P.M. AT SPRINGDALE TOWN HALL, 118 LION BLVD., SPRINGDALE, UTAH. A. Regular Meeting Organizational Chart Secretary: Jen Thompson Finances: Dawn Sanders & Rick Wixom Marketing: Lex de Azevedo II - Website update - Work with Rick to get email out to artists for new poster design - Artist Selection for poster design- bid, contact directly, jury, competition - Time line to distribute poster - List of Newspaper and Magazine and dead-lines Bands: Alex Pelton - Band Line up and schedule - Update and develop band rider Vendors: Julie Hancock & Patsy Chaffin - Contact vendors from last year Sponsors: Julie Hancock - Contact old sponsors and look for new possibilities - Update and re-write sponsor letter Volunteers: - Need to find a coordinator Silent Auction: Patsy Chaffin Site: Zac Martin Fundraiser Development/planning - Summer Festival Other Business Next Meeting This notice is provided as a courtesy to the community and is not the official notice for this meeting/hearing. This notice is not required by town ordinance or policy.
