- HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING October 14, 2008 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Work Session Scheduled for 6:30 pm a. Report on ULCT conference. Call to Order, Welcome Pledge of Allegiance – Mayor Hendrix CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: a. Approval of agenda. b. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held September 23, 2008. c. Approval of business license(s). AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Public Hearing on the Business License Fee Study Analysis and Ordinance #403, An Ordinance of the City of Harrisville, Utah, Repealing Chapter 3.01 of the Harrisville Municipal Code; Reenacting Chapter 3.01 of the Harrisville Municipal Code Entitled “Business Licensing and Regulation” as provided herein; Adopting Provisions that Allow for Disproportionate Costs and Enhanced Services; Adoption of License Fee Study; Conforming the Code to Changes in State Law; Providing for Business License Administration; Severability; and Providing an Effective Date – Bill Morris. 2. Public Hearing on CDBG Projects for program year 2008/09 – Bill Morris. 3. Discussion and/or approval for Preliminary on Wildflower Phases Three, Four, Five, Six and Seven – Troy Callentine. 4. Discussion and/or approval for Final on Wildflower Phase Three – Troy Callentine. 5. Discussion and/or approval for Preliminary on Interpace Brick Subdivision – Aaron Hancock. 6. Discussion and/or approval of Ordinance # 402 – An Ordinance of Harrisville City, Utah, Enacting Chapter 7.04 Relating to Public Grounds and Park Regulations; Severability; and Providing and Effective Date. - Bill Morris. 7. Public Comments. 8. Mayor/Council Follow-up. Adjournment
