- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at the City Office located at 25 North 100 East. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Jamie Pugmire for a conditional use for a Level 1, Home Occupation to operate a cosmetology salon out of her home at 444 South Center.
