- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll Call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. At 6:05 conduct a public hearing to consider for approval the Preliminary Plat for the Hendry Subdivision at 40 North 100 West (1 additional building lot). 7. Continued review for consideration of recommending to the City Council that they adopt a resolution approving the revised/updated General Plan 8. Continued workshop on the revisions to the land use tables and code 9. Other zoning matters
