Description/Agenda
The Springdale Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following item on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 5:30PM. The hearing will be held at the Springdale Town Hall, 118 Lion Boulevard in Springdale, Utah. 1. Zone Change: Lang International, represented by Mike Lang and Jason Draper, requests the following zone changes: a. 4.0 acres of parcel S-137-A to be rezoned from Foothill Residential to Village Commercial. b. 1.64 acres of parcel S-137-A to be rezoned from Foothill Residential to Public Use. c. 0.17 acres of parcel S-101-F-1 to be rezoned from Foothill Residential to Village Commercial. *Note: Parcel S-137-A is located on the north side of Lion Boulevard, in between SR-9 and the Town Hall. Parcel S-101-F-1 is near the southwest corner of the intersection of Lion Boulevard and SR-9.
