PUBLIC NOTICE: The Grantsville City Council will hold its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 429 East Main Street, Grantsville, UT 84029. The agenda is as follows: CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL AGENDA: 1. Public Hearing: a. Proposed minor subdivision for Kolton and Lindy Kinsman dividing 13.35 acres of land from one (1) lot into three (3) lots at 664 South Quirk Street in the RR-1-21 zone. 2. Consideration of approval of the new Fire Officers. 3. Consideration of approval of the new Fire Fighters. 4. Public Comments. 5. Summary Action Items. a. Approval of Minutes b. Approval of Bills 6. Presentation by Brittany Baldy, Tooele Applied Technology College's Student of the Year. 7. Consideration of Resolution 2016-01 appointing Tom Tripp to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Tooele Valley Mosquito Abatement District. 9. Consideration of Resolution 2016-02 appointing Michael Colson to serve as a member of the Board of Health for Tooele County. 10. Consideration of Resolution 2016-03 appointing Jewel Allen as the Grantsville City Councilmember Liaison to the Grantsville City Library Board of Directors. 11. Consideration of Resolution 2016-04 appointing Neil Critchlow as the Grantsville City Planning Commission Non-voting Ex-Officio Commission Member. 12. Consideration of Resolution 2016-05 appointing Krista Sparks as the Grantsville City Councilmember Liaison to the Board of Directors for Utah State University Tooele Campus. 13. Consideration of Resolution 2016-06 appointing a qualified person to the offices of City Recorder, City Treasurer, and City Accountant to insure the City's compliance with Utah Code § 10-3-916. 14.
