- NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE TRANS-JORDAN CITIES BOARD OF DIRECTORS December 17, 2015 ___________________________________________________________________________________________ PUBLIC NOTICE IS GIVEN that the board members of Trans-Jordan Cities will hold a meeting in the conference room at Trans-Jordan Landfill, located at 10473 S Bacchus Hwy (U-111), South Jordan, Utah at 7:30 a.m. on December 17, 2015. It is possible that a member of the Board will be participating by electronic means. The meeting location will serve as the anchor location. WORKING AGENDA 1. Welcome (Time / Date / Location) 2. Roll Call 3. Public Comment 4. Approval of October 2015 Minutes 5. Treasurer's Report - Audit Report 6. Legal Issues - Open Meeting Presentation 7. Approval of Resolution #15-06, 2016 Meeting Schedule 8. General Manager's Report 9. Executive Session - An Executive Session may be held pursuant to Utah Code 1 Sections 52-4-204 & 205 to discuss Potential Property Acquisition and Disposition (If needed). 10. Executive Session -An Executive Session may be held pursuant to the provision of Section 52-4-5 (1) sections a and b U.C.A. to discuss Personnel (If needed). 11. Chairman's Issues NOTICE On the 15th of December, 2015, copies of the foregoing notices were placed in conspicuous view at the following locations: Locations reserved for Public Notices at the following member cities: Draper, Midvale, Murray, South Jordan, Riverton, Sandy, West Jordan and Trans-Jordan Cities.
