NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on March 2, 2010 at the Gunnison Valley High School, 35 East 600 South, beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1)7:00 p.m.—Proposed Lot Split at Approximately 220 West 200 North for- Jorgan Jensen 2)Top Stop Gas Leak Update by the Utah State Department of Environmental Quality 3)Gunnison City Website Project 4)Discussion Proposing Acquisition and Use of Credit Card Terminal at City Offices –Liz Brown 5)Discussion Regarding Large City Purchase Protocol 6)Proposed Financial Training/Assistance from Financial Advisor Gary Keddington of Jensen and Keddington, P.C. 7)Proposed Continuation of City Water Share Rental 8)Proposed Amendments to Update and Correct Gunnison City Personnel Policy 9)Review of Current Budget and Financial Status of City 10)Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for February 10, 2010, and February 17, 2010-both regular and closed sessions 11)Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 12)Bills and Adjustments 13)Closed Session 14)Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order.
