- The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment concerning an amendment to the Nibley City Parks Master Plan, specifically, a conceptual non-construction design for 20-acres of park property located at approximately 1000 W 2200 S in Nibley, west of Virgil Gibbons Heritage Park. The public hearing will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Heritage Elementary School, 925 W 3200 S, Nibley, Utah.
