The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment concerning a proposed ordinance regulating home occupations in Nibley City. The public hearing will be held Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Nibley City Hall, 455 West 3200 South, Nibley, Utah.
This ordinance, if approved, will govern future home occupation applications. Home occupations already in place will be allowed to continue under the conditions for which it was approved, provided that the business has not violated the terms of its approval.
