- PUBLIC NOTICE Garland City General Election Results for November 3, 2015. Final election results for Garland City based on the official Canvass held on November 17, 2015 of the General Election Returns are as follows: Council - 4 Year Term *Josh Marble 172 Kirt McKee 168 *Tom Perry 192 Steve Littlefield 162 *Linda Bourne 199 Council - 2 Year Term Spencer Hanks 88 *Angie Johnsen 221 *ELECTED Total Votes: 328 Total Registered Voters: 892 Voting Percentage: 37.11% We, the undersigned Board of Canvassers and Garland City Recorder, hereby certify the foregoing statement to be a true and correct tabulation of the 2015 Municipal General Election returns as delivered from the official Canvass of votes on November 17, 2015. Election results by voting precinct are available at the Office of the City Recorder, 72 North Main Street, Garland Utah, Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm or at www.garlandutah.org.
