Ordinance 2010-03 - Amending Chapter 24, Sign Regulations, of the Tooele County Land Use Ordinance [Results of this Change: (1) All commercial and industrial signage, except for billboards, is a permitted use rather than a conditional use; (2) The application process for most signage is simplified by eliminating the requirement for conditional use permit approval from the governing planning commission] 9.
