Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the City of Bluffdale Planning Commission on Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at the Bluffdale Fire Station, 14350 South 2200 West, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following applications:
Preliminary and Final Subdivision Plat Application for Wood Duck Hollow Phases 1,2,3,4 and 5 for 32 single-family residential lots in the R-1-43 CRO Zone located at approximately 14300 South 1400 West, CW Management, Applicants.
The hearing is scheduled in connection with a regularly scheduled meeting of the City of Bluffdale Planning Commission, which will begin at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. If you cannot attend, please feel free to provide comments in writing.
