James Dunkelberger, representative for Steven Bennett; S&B Family Investments, LLC, is requesting a plat amendment to Timber Lakes Plat 20, to combine lot 2019 and a parcel of land adjacent to the lot, owned by the Timber Lakes Homeowners Association. The Home Owners Association property is .17 acres. The new parcel after combining the .17 acre piece would create a .97 acre lot. The proposal is located at 11988 E Beaver Circle (Lot 2019) in Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 6 East in the M (Mountain) zone.
6. Lee Burbidge, representative for Landscope LLC, is requesting an amendment to the development agreement for Deer Park Village (Village at the Shores). If approved, the request will alter the recreational improvements that he as the developer is required to install with the last phase of his Village at the Shores project. The improvements are intended for the open space to the south and west of his project.

1. Paul Watson, representative for Home Builders Network, is requesting a plat amendment to Iroquois Phase Six, to label parcels J and T as open space. Parcel J is a 0.09 acre piece and Parcel T is a 1.39 acre piece. The proposal is located in Section 6, Township 2 South, Range 5 East in the JBOZ (Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone).
2. Mike Johnston, representative for John Bach, is requesting a plat amendment to Timber Lakes Plat 13, to combine lots 1335 and 1336 into one 2.4 acre lot. The proposal is located at 2084 S. Westview Drive (Lot 1335) and 2092 S. Westview Drive (Lot 1336) in Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 6 East in the M (Mountain) zone.
3. Paul Linford, representative for Western States Ventures LLC, is requesting Master Plan, Physical Constraints Analysis, and Density Determination for a mixed-use project called Wasatch Springs. The project is located on lot 7 (9.43 acres), lot 8 (11.12 acres) and parcel B of the Iroquois Phase 5 amended plat along with 1.79 acres located immediately north of lot 7. The proposal consists of 91 town house units, and 30,000 sf of commercial office space. The parcels are located on the east and west side of the Jordanelle Parkway at approximately 13750 North Jordanelle Parkway in Section 6, Township 2 South, Range 5 East and Section 1, Township 2 South, Range 4 East in the JBOZ (Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone).
