- Notice is hereby given, in order to comply with state law regarding conducting the 2015 general election canvass, the canvass must be conducted by November 17, 2015. Therefore the regular scheduled City Council meeting for Wednesday, November 18, 2015 is hereby cancelled, and a special Wellsville City Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the City Offices at 25 North 100 East.
