GUNNISON CITY APPEAL HEARING GUNNISON CITY COUNCIL, AS THE APPEAL AUTHORITY NOVEMBER 16, 2015 COUNCIL CHAMBERS, GUNNISON CITY HALL PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The Gunnison City Council, as the Appeal Authority, will conduct an Appeal Hearing commencing at 7:00PM, Monday, November 16, 2015 in the Council Chambers, Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center Street, Gunnison, Utah 84634 for the purpose of receiving all information related to an Appeal Application filed by Mr. Warren Avery (Appellant). The Appellant is aggrieved by the final decision of the Gunnison City Planning Commission (September 2, 2015) as the Land Use Authority, to Deny a Permitted P-2 Use Application to establish a Mobile Home Park on properties located at 89 North Main, 69 North Main and 39 North Main, Gunnison, Utah, a Residential & Commercial-1 (R&C-1) zoning district. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 72 hours' notice.
