Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Planning Commission shall conduct a public hearing as part of its rescheduled regular meeting on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at the City Offices at 25 North 100 East in Wellsville at 6:05 p.m. The commission shall receive public input, then consider making a recommendation to the City Council on a request from Anna Poppleton that the land use map, the zoning map, and the code be amended to rezone property at 165 South 300 East (tax I.D. # 10--014-0028) from RA-1 to R-1-12.
