NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING INTENT TO RAISE FEES FOR WATER AND WASTEWATER AND TO CREATE A SEPARATE FEE TO PAY FOR THE DISTRICT'S PROPORTIONATE COSTS RELATED TO THE REHABILITATION OF THE CENTRAL VALLEY WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees for the Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District (the District) will hold a public hearing on Wednesday November 18, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. at the offices of Central Valley Water Reclamation Facility located at 800 West Central Valley Road (3190 South), Salt Lake City, UT. The purpose is to receive input on, and to consider approval and adoption of: (1) a proposed fee of $5.00 per Residential Equivalent (RE) per month, to pay for the District's proportionate costs related to the rehabilitation of the Central Valley Water Reclamation Facility; (2) a proposed rate increase of 5.3% or $0.09 per thousand gallons for water and wastewater; and, (3) proposed increases to various development fees and charges. This Notice is being given in satisfaction of requirements of UCA §§ 17B-1-643. Written comments will be received and may be submitted to company@tbid.org until 4:30 p.m. on November 17, 2015. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and can be sent to P.O. Box 18579, Taylorsville, UT 84118. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the District will make reasonable accommodations to participants in the hearing. Requests for assistance can be made by calling 801-968-9081 at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing attended.
