Description/Agenda: The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 7505 South Holden Street, Midvale, Utah. The Planning Commission will be considering amendments to the Small Scale Master Plan for the Overstock.com campus located at 799 W. Coliseum Way. The proposed amendments include the addition of a 9,000 square foot greenhouse and plaza, changes to the front pedestrian plazas for the office and amenity buildings, and changes to the 8 foot public walkway surface. This request is being made by the Gardner Company and O.com.
