NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1)New City Hall Plans and Update with Architect Kevin Madson of KMA and Associates. 2)Discussion Regarding City Hall; Cost of Proposed Modifications and Fire Suppression System 3)Review of Current Budget and Financial Status of City 4)Discuss PEHP renewal rates 5)Gunnison Valley Hospital Board Members Report –Sara Donaldson & Shawn Crane 6)Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for February 3, 2010 7)Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 8)Bills and Adjustments 9)Closed Session 10) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435) 528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
