1. Alan Sibson, representative for Kerry and Makell Westenskow, is requesting a plat amendment to Timber Lakes Plat 19, to combine lots 1945 and 1946 into one 1.199 acre lot. The proposal is located at 4158 South Buck Way (Lot 1945) and 4130 South Buck Way (Lot 1946) in Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 6 East in the M (Mountain) zone.
2. Alan Sibson, representative for Robert Rueckert, is requesting a plat amendment to Timber Lakes Plat 21, to combine lots 2131 and 2132 into one 1.7 acre lot. The proposal is located at 12246 East Hawk Lane (Lot 2131) and 12234 East Hawk Lane (Lot 2132) in Section 24, Township 4 South, Range 6 East in the M (Mountain) zone.
3. Mike Johnston, representative for John S. Young, is requesting a plat amendment to Timber Lakes Plat 1, to combine lots 57 and 58 into one 2.13 acre lot. The proposal is located at 10934 East Aspen Road (Lot 57) and 10966 East Aspen Road (Lot 58) in Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 6 East in the M (Mountain) zone.
4. James T. Peterson is requesting a plat amendment to Timber Lakes Plat 1, to combine lots 66 and 67 into one 1.97 acre lot. The proposal is located at 11274 East Aspen Road (Lot 66) and 11320 East Aspen Road (Lot 67) in Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 6 East in the M (Mountain) zone.
5. James Dunkelberger, representative for Steven Bennett, S&B Family Investments, LLC, is requesting a plat amendment to Timber Lakes Plat 20, to combine lot 2019 and a parcel of land adjacent to the lot, owned by the Timber Lakes Homeowners Association. The Home Owners Association property is .17 acres. The new parcel after combining the .17 acre piece would create a .97 acre lot. The proposal is located at 11988 E Beaver Circle (Lot 2019) in Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 6 East in the M (Mountain) zone.
6. Jeff Harding is requesting a plat amendment to Star Harbour Estates First Amended Plat to divide duplex lots 8 and 9 into a total of 4 townhome lots. The proposal is located at 1522 West Alpine Avenue (Lot 8) and 1510 West Alpine Avenue (Lot 9) in Section 24, Township 2 South, Range 4 East in the JSPA (Jordanelle Special Planning Area).
7. An amendment to the transportation element contained in Chapter four of the General Plan. The amendment would change the functional classification of a road noted on chart 21A and maps 20 and 21 of the General Plan from a major collector to a major local. The road in question is referred to in the General Plan as Sleeping Indian Road and is located in Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 5 East; Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 6 East; and Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 5 East.
8. Paul Berg, representative for Heber Valley Land Partners LLC, is requesting a revised Master Plan, Physical Constraints Analysis and Density Determination for a 70 lot, planned performance development that is located on 296 acres and will be known as The Ridges (formerly known as Sleeping Indian and was granted 141 units). The proposed subdivision is located at approximately 6000 East on the south side of 1200 South. The property is contained within three sections: Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 5 East; Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 6 East; and Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 6 East, which is located in the RA-1 (Residential Agricultural - 1 Acre) and M (Mountain) zones.
9. The following amendments to Title 16 (The Land Use section of the code) are proposed: 16.27.24 Physical Constraints Restrictions (amendment for regulations on slopes to make consistent with other sections of the code), 16.27.22: Ridgeline/Viewshed Regulations (amendment to allow staff to grant approval for lots that were approved prior to the adoption of the ridgeline ordinance), 16.04 definitions for condo hotel and commercial uses and hotel (amendments to definitions and regulations on condo-hotels and whether they count towards density), 16.33.11(f) regarding the number of driveways allowed on a lot, 16.28.02(a) regarding noise at property lines, 16.21.27(b) regarding minimum roof slopes.
