Decision Items Conditional Uses 24832 Jeff Kruckenberg on behalf of Alan Kruckenberg Construction, Inc. is requesting an amendment to the original Conditions of Approval for the On the Hill PUD Subdivision. Specifically, the applicant is requesting to eliminate the condition that currently prohibits gating the development’s access along 2940 East in order to gate the project. Sanders. 25250 Justin Grubb of Young Electric Sign, on behalf of Sinclair Oil, is requesting Conditional Use approval for an Electronic Message Center Sign as a portion of the existing Ground Sign.
