At 6:05 open for public input 8. At 6:15 Youth council 9. At 6:30 conduct the following public hearings in the order below: A. Receive public input and consider for approval the concept plan for the Parker Subdivision, containing a total of 4 lots plus a remainder parcel (3 additional building lots) on property from 31 East to 100 East between 400 South to 500 South B. Receive public input and consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission that the Council adopt a Resolution approving the revised/updated General Plan 10. Kirt Mitton & Rodeo committee to discuss rodeo season 11. Virginia Gilbert-business license 12. Ryan Higbee-business license 13. Dean Parker-business license 14. Decision on project to seek RAPZ tax funding 15. Department reports 16. City Manager/Recorders report
