PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers (south entrance), 86 E. 100 S., Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Rezone - 100 South and 200 North 1650 West (SAM WHITE'S LANE) Public Hearing to consider request by Pleasant Grove City for a rezone of approximately 37.9 acres from The Grove Mixed Housing Subdistrict to The Grove Commercial Sales Subdistrict on property located at approx. 100 South and 200 North 1650 West in The Grove Mixed Housing Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Site Plan - 1679 West State Street (SAM WHITE'S LANE) Public Hearing to consider a request by Edward Allen for a site plan approval for a 1,200 square foot convenience store with an 8 pump fuel station operated 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, selling beer and tobacco on property located at approx. 4638 North 900 West in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - 725 West Jens Monson Lane (4430 North) (MANILA) Public Hearing to consider a request by John T. Osmun for a conditional use permit for a kennel to house up to 10 dogs on property located at approx. 725 West Jens Monson Lane (4430 North) in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: City Code Text Amendment - City Wide Public hearing to consider a request by Pleasant Grove City for a proposed text amendment to City Code Section 10-9A-8: Yard Requirements, modifying architectural requirements for accessory buildings in the R-R (Rural Residential) Chapter of the Pleasant Grove City Code.
