Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held
before the City of Bluffdale Planning Commission on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at the Bluffdale Fire Station, 14350 South 2200 West, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following application:
Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plat M-1 Application for 30 single-family residential lots and associated streets located at approximately 15205 South and 1085 West within the Independence at the Point Master Planned Community, 4 Independence, Applicant.
The hearing is scheduled in connection with a regularly scheduled meeting of the City of Bluffdale Planning Commission which will begin at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.
