11. ANNEXATION INTO ENOCH CITY. PROPERTY LOCATED AT AND NEAR 3194 NORTH MINERSVILLE HIGHWAY. All or part of Parcels D-636-15, D-636-12, and D-636-03 that total approximately 10.46 acres. House Bill 42 of the 2015 legislative session was adopted does not allow this type of annexation 'unless the county and municipality have otherwise agreed.' Utah Code 10-2-402. We formally request a hearing and decision on an agreement to allow this annexation that will be considered an 'island'. Annexation requested by Dennis and Misty Cheek.
