The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. At 6:05 conduct the following public hearing in the order listed: A. Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Virginia Gilbert at 160 North Center for a conditional use for a Level 2 "Home Occupation" to operate her business "Resposible Living Foundation" from said address B. Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Ryan Higbee at 125 East 700 South for a conditional use for a Level 1 "Home Occupation" to provide foot zone therapy from said address. C. Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Dean Parker at 643 South Center for a conditional use for a Level 2 "Home Occupation" to operate a gun rebuilidng and repair business from said address. D. Receive public input and consider for approval the Concept Plan for the Parker Subdivision, containing a total of 4 lots plus a remainder parcel (3 additional lots) on Property from 31 East to 100 East between 400 South to 500 South E. Receive public input and consider making a recommendation to the City Council of adpoting a resolution approving the revised/updated General Plan. 7. Continued workshop on the revisions to the land use tables and code 8. other zoning matters
