- Notice of Hearing Notice is hereby given that Nibley City will hold a public hearing to receive input regarding the sale of two surplus parcels owned by the City. The hearing will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. at Nibley City Hall at 455 W 3200 S in Nibley. The properties to be sold are in Nibley at the southwest corner of 800 West and 2450 South (Parcel #s 03-170-0001 & 03-173-0052).
