- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at the temporary City Office located at 25 North 100 East in Wellsville at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Kolby Rowser for a conditional use for a Level 1 'Home Occupation' to operate a government contracting agency out of his home at 121 East 400 North.
