- PUBLIC NOTICE The Garden City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. at the Garden City Lakeview Building, located at 69 N. Paradise Parkway, Building C. AGENDA 1. Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes 3. Discussion/Approval a. Architectural Standards and Parking for Jake's Place located at 35 S. Bear Lake Blvd. He will be adding a covered patio area and permanent raspberry stands. b. Architectural Standards and Parking for Lakeview Cabins. They will be remodeling the commercial building located 80 W. Logan Rd. (formerly Lakeside Pizza). c. Conditional Use Permit application to build or replace 4 homes at Lazy D Ranch, located west of Ideal Beach at approximately 2200 S. Bear Lake Blvd. Bracken Atkinson 4. Staff Miscellaneous 5. Adjournment NOTE: The order of this agenda may be altered by those present if necessary.
