Description/Agenda: Notice of Intent In accordance with Utah Code 11-36a-501, Marriott-Slaterville City hereby gives notice of intent to prepare or amend its Impact Fee Facilities Plans (IFFP). The geographic area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located constitutes the entire municipal boundaries of Marriott-Slaterville City, Utah. In accordance with Utah Code 11-36a-503, Marriott-Slaterville City gives notice of preparation of an Impact Fee Analysis (IFA).
