NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1)7:00 p.m. –Proposed Lot Spilt at Approximately 165 North 100 East for - Scott Stewart 2)Discussion regarding request for Donation for Dalton Burr’s Participation for Sound of America 3)Proposed Approval of Home Occupation Business License for Brent Starks – Internet Business Located at 239 West 100 South 4)Garrick Willden with Jones & Demille – Update Regarding Sidewalk Project for the New Gunnison Valley Elementary 5)Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for January 20th, 2010 6)Discussion Regarding City Hall; Cost of Proposed Modifications and Fire Suppression System 7)Review of Current Budget and Financial Status of City 8)Discuss plans to enhance City image through website design- Ideas for City Website Revision presented by Eric Nay, Ben Smith, Andrew Grover; Class Project (BYU Masters of Public Administration Graduate Program). 9)Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 10)Bills and Adjustments 11)Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435) 528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
