- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a special City Council meeting on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The agenda is as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Opening ceremony 3. Approval of the agenda 4. Raymond Construction and design build team of the new City Office to present a revised plan for possible approval by the Council of the exterior and interior of the building and approval to move forward with design and construction 5. Jonathan Cook to discuss the proposed new City Office
