- The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment concerning a request to rezone 4.24 acres of property, located at 173 W 4000 S in Nibley, from Residential R-1 to Residential R-1A. The public hearing will be held Thursday, August 6, 2015 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard, and will be held at the Nibley City Hall, 455 West 3200 South.
