- HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING January 26, 2010 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 p.m. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order & Welcome – Mayor Hendrix Pledge of Allegiance & Opening Ceremony – Council Member Wayne Crowther A. CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS 1. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held January 12, 2010. B. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Confirmation of City Recorder appointment. – Mayor Hendrix 2. Discussion/action on final acceptance for Wildflower Estates Phase 2. – Matt Jensen 3. Discussion/action on advisory opinion from State of Utah Property Rights Ombudsman for appeal from CE Butters/SPS Tire & Service Center. – Mike Junk 4. Discussion/action on time and dates for 2010 Council Meetings. – Jennifer Morrell 5. Public Comments. 6. Mayor/Council Follow-up. 7. Adjournment. Posted at City Hall, faxed and emailed to neighboring cities, Weber County Library, Ogden Standard Examiner, posted on the Utah Public Notice Website, and delivered to each member of the governing body this 25th day of January, 2010.
