The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment concerning a request to rezone 4.24 acres of property, located at 173 West 4000 South, from Residential R-1 to Residential R-1A.
The public hearing will be held Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard. The hearing will be held at the Nibley City Hall, 455 West 3200 South.

- The differences between Residential R-1 and Residential R-1A are as follows:

Min. Lot Size 1 acre .75 acre
Min. Frontage 200 feet 150 feet
- There is not a subdivision being proposed at this time. The only request is for a rezone of the property.
