Notice is hereby given that Lehi City Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Lehi City Council Chambers, (Pre-Council will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room), located at 153 North 100 East, Lehi, Utah. The agenda shall be as follows: Pre-Council 5:30 p.m. 1. UDOT – Review and concurrence of landscaping plans and maintenance agreement for the Lehi portion of the SR-92 roadway improvement project. 2. Millpond RDA Incentives–RDA/Economic Development Manager–Doug Meldrum 3. Administrative Report – Jamie Davidson 4. Mayor/Council round table 5. Executive Session – Litigation/Real Estate/Personnel (if necessary) Regular Session 7:00 p.m. 1. I-15 Core Project Update 2 Community Awards 3. 20 Minute Citizen Input 4. Mayor Wilson – 4.1 Re-appointment of Appointed Officials - Connie J. Ashton, City Recorder and Sue Holmstead, Treasurer. 4.2 Appointment to Planning Commission - Carolyn Nelson 4.3 Appointment of Planning Commission Chair - Kerry Swartz 5. Melissa Porter – Camp Williams Advisory Board discussion 6.
