The agenda is as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Opening ceremony 3. Approval of the agenda 4. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 5. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 6. Beginning at 7:00 p.m. conduct the following 2 public hearings A. Receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission that the land use map, the code, and the zoning map be amended to rezone additional property that is currently being used (within the fenced area) by South Valley R.V. Repair from RA-1 to CH, Highway Commercial. Said property is at 252 East 760 South. B. Receive public input, then consider for approval the Concept Plan for the Cooper Ridge Subdivision, consisting of a total of 9 lots on property on the West side of Center Street from approx. 1335 South to 1419 South 13. Review for approval the Final Plat for the Wellsville Landing Subdivision consisting of a total of 10 lots on property on the North side of 300 South from 200 East to 300 East. 14. Continued discussion on the need for participation in the County zoning office assessment 15. Discuss and possible approval of the company selected for the design build of a new City Office 16. Discussion with possible action on the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) on a public works building and related facilities 17. Discussion with possible action on proceeding for the construction of a public works building and related facilities 18. Discussion with possible action on the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a sand and salt building and other material containment facilities 19. Department reports 20. City Manager/Recorders report
