Notice of Meeting Planning and Zoning Regular Meeting 38 West Center Street Gunnison, Utah 84634 June 24th 2015 at 7:00 pm NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting, Wednesday, June 24th ,2015 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1. Invocation 2. Roll Call 3. Public Comments 4. Proposed Approval of Planning and Zoning minutes for Wednesday, April 29, 2015. 5. Conditional Use Permit Application. Signage, The Casino Star Theater, Located at 78 South Main Street with Lori Nay. 6. Enforcement Procedures and Follow up on permits a. Code Enforcement officer b. Process with complaints. What steps are taken and what rights and responsibilities does a town have to enforce individuals into compliance. 7. Construction Standards and Requirements: Guaranteed of installation of improvements. (Example: Dance Studio) a. Discuss County's role in granting the Certification of Occupancy 8. Mobil Business license discussion 9. Bail Schedule suggestions for Planning and Zoning violations within City Code. 10. Discussion of future items to be placed on agenda 11. Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order.
