NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) 7:00 p.m. - White’s Sanitation Annual Report 2) Discussion Regarding City Hall, Proposed Modifications and Adjustments; Report Regarding Results of Use and Function Review by Department Heads and Employees; Wall Vinyl and Color Choices 3) Proposed Amendments to Update and Correct Gunnison City Personnel Policy 4) Presentation of Mayor’s Priority Plan of Action for First Six Months of Office 5) Appointment of Members for Steering Committee for Main Street Revitalization. 6) Mayoral Appointment of City Police Chief, Treasurer, Recorder, and Civil Attorney Counsel and Criminal Attorney Counsel. 7) Review of Current Budget and Financial Status of City 8) City Attorney, Meb Anderson – Update Regarding Law Suit and Proceedings 9) Closed Session 10) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for January 12, 2010 11) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 12) Bills and Adjustments 13) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435) 528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
